 Dr. Jeremias Toscano was an innate symbol of real humanism, a dignified example of brotherly love and an excellent professional who would welcome everyone without distinction in his consulting-room, any time of the day or night.
 His greatness came from his natural sober and humble civic attitude together with remarkable education and conduct deeply marked by acuity and politeness.
 A man of few words, he assumed himself in the defence and attachment to the fundamental values in which the democratic society bases itself: solidarity, freedom and social justice; a real democrat and firm defender of social and human rights.
